A comprehensive music store, originally made for Apple users to download and play music. Its ugly, its worse then ever before and instead of getting something better and more pleasant you ruined everything about iTunes user experience. iTunes is a multimedia player and device manager.
Theres no other reason to use it left anyway. You never ask, you never care, you never listen Apple.įortunately I don't have iPhone any more and will never get one again, so you cannot force me to use iTunes any more too. I really stared to hate your way of treating your customers.
Genius all alone was most genuine and great feature of iTunes. What would I ever need latest version of so called "Genius Suggestions" when I cannot play it instantly or even add it to "up next" ?!?!? What is the logic of these changes like making UI design skimmed to the point, that user is force to spend extra time to find some crucial and important options hidden, even though they used to be easy to rich in one or two clicks: volume in mini player!, star ratings, many others. Yes its no longer Genius like I was used to, when just after one click iTunes would make great complimentary list to the currently played music. And they think it will "amaze" my iTunes experience even more when I'm forced to read through long genre list to find what i wanted in a couple of seconds instead of just an eye blink.īut the worse change, and extremely frustrating is that Apple took away Genius. Then Apple took away custom covers for genres, and in latest version took away genres covers at all. iTunes 12.4.3.1 kept on crashing after the first installation of 12.5.1.21 and cleaning the registry did the thing. Oddly enough cover-flow is still present in Apple's Finder. I reverted to iTunes 12.4.3.1, but I had to clean out the registry of all instances where 'apple, ipod, itunes' are referenced. Why Apple tries so hard to slim down iTunes to the extent that will eventually discourage us from using this app.įirst they took off cover flow - which was the essence of iTunes design.
